LMIA Labour Market Impact Assessment Applications
Benefits to Your Organization:
In today’s global market, top-tier employees have the flexibility to seek employment in various countries such as the USA, Australia, the Gulf Region, Western European countries, and beyond. By attracting international talent, you infuse your company with diversity and dynamism, acquiring dedicated employees striving to earn Canadian Permanent Residency. These individuals, holding employer-specific work permits typically spanning two years, bring with them a wealth of experience, exceptional English language skills, and a strong work ethic. They are motivated to excel, aiming to secure long-term residency in Canada. Despite the program’s name, “Temporary Foreign Program,” many of these employees often seek to extend their stay indefinitely, becoming valuable assets to your organization.
